Bridging the Gap is operated by Antonio Green. This page explains what this website collects, why, who else handles it, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect what you type into a form, we use it to reply to you or to send you what you asked for, and we do not sell it.
What we collect, and when
When you use the contact form. Your name and email address, plus whatever you tell us about your company, your role, the kind of engagement you are interested in, and your timeline. If you are asking about a keynote, we also ask for your event date, location, and approximate audience size, and those three are optional. This is sent to Antonio as an email so he can reply. It is not added to any marketing list.
When you subscribe to The Growth Guide. Your first name, your last name if you give it, and your email address. We store these with our email provider so we can send you the newsletter.
When you request the Scaling with Purpose workbook. Your first name and email address, so we can send you the workbook. Requesting the workbook also adds you to The Growth Guide, our monthly newsletter. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
When we send you email. We record whether it was delivered, whether it was opened, and which links were clicked. This is tied to your email address. We use it to judge whether the newsletter is worth your inbox and to keep our sending reputation healthy, so our email keeps reaching the people who asked for it.
When you use Antonio’s digital business card.If you choose to connect, we collect the name, email, and phone number you enter, along with a note of where you met. We also record your browser’s user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address, which we use only to stop the form being abused. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address.
When you book a call. Scheduling happens inside an embedded Calendly window. What you enter there goes to Calendly rather than to us, under Calendly’s privacy policy.
When you play an embedded video. The player is served by YouTube, and Google may set cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and to see how often the workbook form is completed. It does not collect your name or email address, and we cannot use it to identify you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with anyone outside the providers listed below, who need it to deliver our own email. We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
Who else handles your information
- Resend, to send email and to record delivery, opens, and clicks
- Supabase, where the database lives
- Vercel, which hosts this site and provides analytics
- Calendly, if you book a call
- Google and YouTube, if you play an embedded video
How long we keep it
Contact form messages stay in Antonio’s mailbox as ordinary business correspondence. Newsletter and workbook subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Email delivery records are kept so we can tell an active reader from an inactive one. Contacts saved from the digital business card are kept as business contacts.
Your choices
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and it takes effect immediately. You can also email antonio@helpbridgethegap.com and ask us to remove you, to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it, and we will.
Children
This site is for business owners and leaders. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
